File storage for the VMScluster is provided by a Fibre-Channel SAN (Storage Area Network) using dual Fibre-Channel adapters in each CPU, dual SANSwitches, and dual storage controllers. Disks are 18 GB, 15,000 RPM Ultra 3 SCSI disks, and 36 GB, 10,000 RPM Ultra 3 SCSI disks configured for Raid 0 and Raid 5. |
